California Drug Counseling Inc. (CADC) is a nonprofit, licensed* community-based substance abuse rehabilitation facility. We provide outpatient education, counseling and support to individuals with alcohol and substance abuse problems. We focus on meeting the needs of underserved individuals in Los Angeles County.

Our clients include ex-offenders, incarcerated and paroled youth and adults, individuals as young as age 12, unwed mothers and other people in difficult situations, whose lives are made even harder because of a substance abuse problem.
