California Drug Counseling Inc. (CADC), a nonprofit,* licensed** community-based substance abuse treatment and counseling center, focuses on meeting the needs of hard-to-reach, difficult and underserved populations in Los Angeles County. We help our clients become productive members of their communities and in doing so, help bring about positive change in the community at large. Currently, 100% of our funding comes from a variety of Federal and State government sources. We are open to new partners—small and large—to assist us with our efforts.
